Professional development programme Basic education pathways
The digital professional development programme from the GrundbildungsPFADE Competence Centre will launch in autumn 2026. At the online information session on 19 May 2026, from 10.00 am to 11.30 am, you will receive a concise overview of the key content of the training course, as well as full details of the schedule and programme.
Event format
The professional development programme is designed as a blended learning format and combines digital self-study modules—which can be completed at any time and from any location—with group digital reflection sessions.
Course content
- Basics of the Field of Literacy and Basic Education
- Specialisation: Basic education counselling
- Specialisation: Network coordination
Participants have the option of completing one or both specialisations and obtaining a certificate.
Target audience
This training programme is designed for professionals in the field of basic education and related areas. This includes, for example, counselors, professionals involved in labor market integration, specialists in municipal education, and individuals who initiate, coordinate, or develop networks.
Start date and duration of the training programme
The second round will begin in September 2026 and end in February 2027.
