Workshop Discussion on Impact-Oriented Approaches (online)

In the workshop discussions, the Competence Center GrundbildungsPFADE supports the projects as they work toward a stronger focus on impact. The goal is to specifically improve the planning, implementation, and further development of the regional basic education pathways.

The discussions center on a clearly structured process model that serves as a guide for all projects. In doing so, they address key questions: What specific problems do our programs solve? What resources do we need to do so? And what benefits do we achieve for our target groups? This perspective helps the projects plan, implement, and further develop their initiatives in a targeted manner over the long term.

The discussions provide a moderated space for regular exchange, where projects can report on their progress, reflect on challenges, and benefit from mutual learning. They take place once a quarter (Feb. 26, May 6, Sept. 17, Nov. 25) and are aimed at staff members from the ten funded joint projects.
