Transfer

The Competence Centre collaborates closely with stakeholders at federal, state and municipal levels to ensure that the projects' experience and findings inform practice, policy and research. To support the transfer of successful approaches to other regions, the Centre creates models of good practice and actionable recommendations based on the knowledge gained. These resources are made publicly available during the project to help other regions establish basic education pathways and offer people with reading and writing difficulties access to tailored learning paths.

The Competence Centre manages the community through the portal “überaus” of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB), connecting the projects and enabling them to exchange knowledge with each other.
